To give a fillip to education in the Latur district of Maharashtra the company has set up a school by the name of Deshmukh Vidyalay in Savargaon, Latur, Maharashtra. The school will impart education to the 3 lakh people of this district of Maharashtra. Under its low-cost housing initiative Sunil Mantri Realty Ltd. is developing a 375-acre plot into a mini-city called Mantri City in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Mantri City will offer accommodation to all sections from the high, middle, and low income groups. The project when it is completed will offer affordable housing to residents of the historic city of Gwalior and nearby Delhi National Capital Region.

In the new millennium, one multi-faceted technocrat, Mr. Sunil Mantri, is laying the foundation of the future by leveraging his wide array of skills in diverse domains. His armoury includes visualizing the projects of the future in the context of today, employing astute management skills, deploying the latest cutting-edge advanced technology, utilizing the best possible resources and personnel and winning the trust and loyalty of his customers. Obtaining the treasure of trust is the cornerstone of his strategy, and therein lies the lesson for founding the future. Born in 1961, he completed his Graduation in 1982. Thereafter, Mr. Mantri joined the Textile business of the family. He entered the Construction field in 1986. He has achieved several milestones in diverse fields within a short span of time.

He is chairman, Political Relations Co-ordination Committee, and Governing Council Board Member, CREDAI; vice-president of National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO); chairman, Real Estate Committee, Indian Merchant’s Chamber (IMC); committee member, FICCI; committee member, ASSOCHAM; member, Stadium Committee, National Sports Club of India (NSCI); member, Task Force Committee, Citizen’s Action Group on Housing Policy Reforms; member, Government Panel for Mumbai Mass Transport System; expert committee member, Panel for Housing Policy Reforms of Government of Maharashtra; member, Citizen’s Forum;

He is also the past-president of the industry’ association Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI), and an avid sports enthusiast.

Her specializations include: project management, sales and marketing, advertising, human resources, accounts and product management.
