Deshmukh School

To give a fillip to education in the Latur district of Maharashtra the company has set up a school by the name of Deshmukh Vidyalay in Savargaon, Latur, Maharashtra. The school will impart education to the many deserving students of this district of Maharashtra.

Green Building

In a situation where the world is facing a crisis in terms of Global Warming and its effects, Sunil Mantri Realty Ltd. has initiated the Go Green Policy. The company is committed to providing the best-in-class green amenities that will be a value addition in its projects. It has already put in a team of landscaping architects and engineers to work on its various locations to oversee the implementation of the Green Building concept. Moreover, the company is committed to set aside space for landscaped gardens, jogging tracks and other green areas in its residential undertakingshis team will ensure that the various initiatives are implemented in accordance to international standards.

Affordable Housing

Under its low-cost housing initiative Sunil Mantri Realty Ltd. is currently developing a 375-acre city called Mantri City in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Mantri City will offer affordable accommodation to all sections from the high, middle, and low income groups. The project when it is completed will offer affordable housing to residents of the historic city of Gwalior and nearby Delhi National Capital Region. Medical check up for Labourers and Staff 

SOLAPUR : Sunil Mantri Group organized medical checkup camp for all the labourers in association with the renowned AVERT Welfare Society. This camp took place at the Sunil Mantri Group’s Waterfront project site in Solapur. The activity proved beneficial to around 80 workers in the project. The workers who attended the event underwent Blood checkup for Physical Fitness Test and a Common Health Checkup along with a one-on-one counseling. The doctors present in the camp advised all the labourers about Health & Hygiene- do’s & don’ts in their personal life. Knowledge about maintaining a regular diet were other issues disseminated to the workers present at the camp.

MUMBAI : Sunil Mantri Group conducted medical check up camp for all the labourers and staff on 17th June 2011. This camp took place at Mantri Serene, Mumbai (Goregaon East). The participants had undergone various basic health check ups along with one to one counseling by doctors. Seeing the higher probability of diseases in monsoon, the company thought of conducting medical check up for its labourers and staff. 

Safety Workshop for Labourers

Sunil Mantri Group organized workshop for safety for labourers during their work. It was held from 4th March - 10th March 2011 at Mantri Premero site, Bengaluru. During the safety week, guidelines for safety work were conveyed to labourers through presentations, skits, group interaction, etc.
