Business Development team deals with purchase of land and conducts project feasibility study.The interested parties who want to sell or partner with us need to send the following list of documents for scrutinizing the feasibility of the proposal and taking it forward:
- Property Card;
- Site Plan/ sketch showing the plot boundaries;
- City survey plan /drawing;
- Location Plan showing distances from city landmarks;
- Approved structure plans of existing structures;
- Location Plan showing distances from city landmarks;
- Title deeds, Conveyance copy;
- Approved Development Plan of the concerned authority;
- FSI statement;
- Surrounding development-giving details of different projects in the vicinity their names, selling rates, land prices and finishes;
- Site Photographs;
- Client name and financial background, Site infrastructure with photographs (such as power, water, access road to the property).
